Debbie was born in Flint, Michigan and after graduating high school she came to Cape Coral, Florida to visit her grandparents and fell in love with the gorgeous weather, never to return to Michigan. After years of working for a Land Use Attorney, Debbie learned the legal side of real estate and shares that knowledge with her clients.
Her first home was “the worse house in the best neighborhood” and she spent her extra time fixing it up and realized she has a love of construction so she obtained a Residential Contractor License and has bought several more homes, remodeled them and either rented them out or resold them. At this point in her life she has several rental properties she manages and is in the process of remodeling her personal residence.
Her vision for finding the diamond in the rough has sustained her through the years and she loves to pass that knowledge along to her clients.
Debbie enjoys spending time with her friends, going on vacations to historic cities, antique shopping, and gardening.
