Jim is a native of Lima Ohio where he started his selling career in the retail automobile business. After 15 years of being involved in his family business he left that world and became involved in the home construction industry, owning his own small company and building people’s dreams. In 2009 Jim & his wife Glenda of 25 years and their 3 children moved to Cape Coral Florida, to enjoy the life that SW Florida has to offer. Jim acquired his state license in March of 2010 and joined Steve Koffman and Associates where he is happily helping people purchase their little piece of what the FtMyers & Cape Coral area have to offer them.
