Steve lived the first 20 years of his life in Kalamazoo, MI. After completing a degree in Electronics Engineering he worked for Digital Equipment Corporation for the next 17 years as a Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager in New Hampshire.
While working at Digital he also developed his own successful sales organization in the wholesale/retail business where he learned and taught important business principles for success throughout the country as a motivational speaker from 1981 – 2006.
Moving to Florida with his wife and their three boys in 1997 was so exciting Steve recounts. “I wanted to show my boys what it was like to move 1600 miles to Florida by choice, buy some land and build on it before they all left the nest, so they would know they could do it, too, wherever they decided to live their life!”
Real estate has always been in his blood as his dad and grandfather were home builders in Michigan and in 2002 Steve started his own new home construction company.
All the sales, construction and project management experience dovetails perfectly into his Real Estate Agent career where he can serve others, going the extra mile, with the right attitude and team spirit to find that dream home that surpasses his client’s expectations!
