Steve Koffman

Steve was born in Santa Maria, California. He lived in St. Louis, Missouri, for a brief time, but grew up in Rockville, Maryland. After graduation at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, he lived in Newton, Iowa; Chicago, Illinois; South Bend, Indiana; and Nashville, Tennessee. He moved to Cape Coral in early 1991. He met his wife Cynthia in Southwest Florida, and they live in Cape Coral with their two young daughters. Cynthia, also a Realtor, works with Steve at Koffman & Associates.
Steve’s hobbies include fishing, boating, golfing, and hunting. February often finds Steve and Cynthia skiing in the Rockies.
Steve operates one of the largest real estate teams in Florida and works at the largest Century 21 office in Florida. Koffman & Associates, now encompassing the Michael Schneider-Christians real estate team, specializes in residential properties and in both waterfront and off-water land.
